What We Do

Based on our foundational objectives, our primary operational functions include:

  • Infrastructure & Civil Construction: We undertake critical construction projects for Central and State Governments, Public Sector Undertakings, and local bodies. This includes building schools, roads, ponds, and community buildings. We also actively participate in National Highway development by supplying raw materials and executing construction work.
  • Water Management & Rural Electrification: We focus heavily on rural water conservation by digging wells, installing hand pumps (including India Mark-II), and constructing scientific overhead water tanks. We also undertake village electrification and the energization of pumpsets.
  • Agricultural Advancement: We promote productive dry-land agriculture through improved soil and moisture conservation and the scientific utilization of water resources.
  • Community Welfare & Rural Development: We implement state and central schemes designed to improve health services, housing, water supply, nutrition, sanitation, and the overall rural environment. A primary focus is generating employment in the most backward districts of Uttar Pradesh and Uttaranchal.
  • Logistics & Asset Management: We purchase, lease, and maintain land and buildings, arrange means of transport, and manage godowns for the secure storage of construction materials. Alignment with Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) Our grassroots initiatives are deeply aligned with global sustainability targets, actively integrating sustainable practices into rural engineering:
  • SDG 1 (No Poverty) & SDG 8 (Decent Work and Economic Growth): We are dedicated to securing livelihoods and eradicating rural poverty. By generating direct employment in the most backward districts, we actively reduce disguised, seasonal, and voluntary unemployment.
  • SDG 9 (Industry, Innovation, and Infrastructure) & SDG 11 (Sustainable Cities and Communities): We practice sustainable construction to build resilient rural infrastructure, ensuring that roads, schools, and community buildings are developed with a long-term vision for community empowerment.
  • SDG 6 (Clean Water and Sanitation): We directly address water scarcity and sanitation needs by digging wells, installing hand pumps, undertaking rural water conservation, and constructing scientific overhead water tanks.
  • Our Commitment to the Future
  • Sustainable Engineering: We prioritize eco-friendly construction practices and scientific resource management to ensure that our rural infrastructure projects provide long-term environmental and community benefits.
  • Grassroots Empowerment: By directly involving local populations in our workforce and development programs, we ensure that the economic benefits and skill-building opportunities of our projects stay within the community.
  • Quality & Integrity: We leverage modern project management alongside transparent cooperative governance to deliver durable, high-quality public works that meet stringent national standards and serve the public good.
